4. Takedown Action & Response Time
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, MixGame will take the following actions:
- Promptly review the claim and remove or disable access to the infringing content within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Notify the third-party game provider or content publisher regarding the removal request.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
MixGame maintains a zero-tolerance policy for repeated copyright infringement. If a third-party content source or user is found to repeatedly submit infringing content, MixGame will terminate access and permanently remove all associated content from the site.
